We placed an order online and it took 1 hour and 40 min to come. There was a lot of food, but it was cold by the time it arrived so it was dissapointing. Some meat dishes had too many vegetables in them. We will eat in next time

A long-time visitor but the last couple times have not been as impressive. The chicken fried rice was quite dark brown - brittle and overcooked, absolutely no flavour - as well as the chicken in it. The Cantonese chow mein used to be a vibrant medley but there were about 50% less noodles than before, and little seasoning. I picked my way through it and composted the entirety of the rice.

Always fresh and great food and great service. Communicated a delay for pick up efficiently.

The food was fantastic with a generous portion. We ordered a combination platter. There is really enough food for two people.

The delivery person had a bit of trouble finding the house but we quickly resolved that.

We will order again.

We received two wrong items and did not receive the Pad Thai we ordered and paid for. I have reached out to resolve but have not heard back.

The delivery mix up was unfortunate so we waited extra long.
The vegetables were old, discoloured and wilted.
Chicken, pork and rice were excellent.

We always order from Kam Yin, as they make the best Chinese food in the region. However, the latest order was a little disappointing. We ordered lemon chicken, but it was delivered with sweet and sour sauce, not lemon sauce. And I found the General Tao's chicken quite dry, which was surprising as it is normally made to perfection. Regardless, this will not change of view of Kam Yin as our go to choice.

Food was ready for pickup. Very efficient "holiday system"
Some of the dishes were not as hot as others, but very flavourful
