Our meal was great! Good portions, and very tasty. However, we did get one wrong item. I had ordered chicken satays, but received a different chicken dish (saucy).

I ordered several dishes. It was not that tasty and the vegetable dishes had absolutely no vegetables. Vege rice had 2 bean sprouts not even one green pea and there were NO veggies in the vege chop suey except for 2 pieces of soft celery. Rice was very greasy. Leftovers were either greasy or tasteless. Order was 15 min early which I guess is better then late which is why I gave it a star at all. Very expensive for the quality.

Been coming here for years and it’s always been a great meal. Today I didn’t love the Cantonese lo mein with beef, tasted spoiled to me but just the tastebuds acting up! Otherwise everything was hot and fresh. I’ll be back again!

We have been eating at Kam Yin for over 35 years now ! This is our go to restarunt for Chinese food and we have never been disappointed!

Meal was hot and flavourful and a great portion for the price. The only reason it didn’t get five stars was because the chicken in the Szechuan chicken had a rubbery texture.
