Most of the food was good except the beef and mushrooms were not, I regret not ordering the beef and broccoli or something else entirely.

This is the only Chinese restaurant I have gone to for 30 years. Quality of their food is great.. veggies always fresh.. never overcooked! So thankful they are still around!!

We ordered lemon chicken, fried rice, mixed veg, beef and veg, and combo. Portion size was great. Not overly greasy. Tasted fantastic. Staff is always great upon pickup. Love our neighborhood Chinese restaurant.

Have been ordering take out from Kam Yin for over 25 years now and they rarely disappoint.

I was so pleased with my meal. There is only one thing that I would suggest could improve this combination plate: lemon chicken, chop suey, and fried rice. I actually found there was too much chicken. I am sure that there was chicken in the chop Suey.
