We love the food at Kam Yin. We mostly order take out and they have never made a mistake with our order. The food is ready when promised and the food is delicious. It's a small family run restaurant with a small eat in area.

Food came nice and hot. Tasty too. The only downside was the wonton soup. The broth was ok, but not so tasty and it seemed a bit expensive since it only consisted of 3 wontons and broth.

Our meal was great! Good portions, and very tasty. However, we did get one wrong item. I had ordered chicken satays, but received a different chicken dish (saucy).

I ordered several dishes. It was not that tasty and the vegetable dishes had absolutely no vegetables. Vege rice had 2 bean sprouts not even one green pea and there were NO veggies in the vege chop suey except for 2 pieces of soft celery. Rice was very greasy. Leftovers were either greasy or tasteless. Order was 15 min early which I guess is better then late which is why I gave it a star at all. Very expensive for the quality.
